Queues are an everyday problem that surprisingly has managed to endure the digital innovations.

Nowadays it is easy to see what somebody in the other side of the globe ate courtesy of selfies and the proliferation of social media but I have to go and queue 1 hour at Company Registrars or at the hospital to get some human to human service. It appears we still have to queue for any human to human services while the rest of the world is at our fingertips. Also very surprising is the high costs of procuring the traditional queue management or ticket systems.

As of two years ago the world has fully embraced Software as a service i.e. now you can get all the Microsoft Office services and functionalities without paying the hefty price of the license but by just subscribing to Office365 online and doing your word and excel sheets. It begs the question why the old queue management systems are not doing this therefore making queue management affordable for all.

WorldQueues is a queue management system born in Africa to address the queue problems being observed here and with the advent of Software as a service it has embraced queue management as a service and in its next release planned for early 2017 it will release a queue management system that is affordable to all including a basic package that is totally free as part of our queue management as a a service.

WorldQueues has been in the market for a few years serving customers in Botswana and Kenya ranging from Banks, Government offices, Revenue Services and hospitals. WorldQueues has managed queues for Cooperative Bank the second largest bank in Kenya, Botswana Savings Bank, Botswana Department of Transport, Kenya Revenue Authority and we plan to expand to other countries as we open our offerings in queue management. As WorldQueues releases its QFree (100% queue management as a service) we will see more customers across more countries using our service.
